Author: Claire Collins Date Posted:31 March 2020
How's everyone doing? We hope you are hanging in there, let's make the most of slowing down, as many of us adjust to more time at home with our family and kids. To help with the long days we are sharing projects and craft ideas that can be enjoyed together and tips to keep kids productive with independent play, so you can get some work done (or well-deserved relaxation time). Over the next few weeks we are providing creative ideas for kids stuck at home.
"Fat Brain Toys sells educational toys and games, but more than that, our company is made up of dozens of fun and creative individuals who love to LEARN and PLAY"
Fat Brain Toys
Co-founder of Fat Brain Toys, Mark Carson has suggested one of his favourite childhood activities ... the paper airplane! We love this creative activity for the opportunity to enhance imagination, build fine motor skills, gross motor skills, strategy and hands-on role-play. Enjoy this activity for hours of fun play independently or inclusively and there are endless ways to play!

Kids can draw, colour and fold their personalised paper airplanes, then be kept busy in hours of creative learning, challenges and strategy with hands-on role-play as they pilot their creations. Fly across the world to discover new destinations or participate in paper airplane battles. Who will win the fastest paper airplane, have the longest airtime, win best aerobatics or the longest flying distance?
