 With the Recent changes to NDIS supports from 3rd October 2024, Participants and their authorised representatives can only spend NDIS funding on things that are in the approved list of NDIS supports. They cannot spend NDIS funding on things in the list of non-NDIS supports. These are available on the NDIS website.

 We provide assistive and educational resources in the ‘consumables’ category.  

To place an NDIS order, the simpliest and quickest way is to place an online order via our website.

If you are Self Managed:

PAY UPFRONT AND PROCESS YOUR OWN CLAIM -

1. Please add your items to your shopping cart and proceed to the Checkout. 

2. Once payment is finalised for your order a copy of the order tax invoice will be emailed to you. Please check your spam emails if you do not see an instant order receipt in your inbox.  Use this tax invoice to claim.

PLACE YOUR ORDER AND CLAIM PRIOR TO PAYING US -

1. Please add your items to your shopping cart and proceed to the Checkout. 

2. Choose Direct Deposit as your payment method, this will allow you to check out without requiring immediate payment for your items.

Please do not use the order email that you receive to claim for funds, you will need a tax invoice to do this. 

3. Email: hello@rainbowfun.com.au with your order number and request a copy of the tax invoice.  We will provide a tax invoice for your independent claim with adjusted shipping if required. Once your order is paid we will dispatch to you.

If you are using a Plan Manager:

1. Add your items to your shopping cart then proceed to the Checkout

2. Choose Direct Deposit as your payment method, this will allow you to check out without requiring immediate payment for your items.

Please do not use the order email that you receive to claim for funds, you will need a tax invoice to do this. 

3. Please email hello@rainbowfun.com.au and let us know you require a Tax invoice with your order number, the participants name and NDIS number.  We will lodge a tax invoice to YOU to forward to your Plan Manager with adjusted shipping if required. If you require, we can email and forward the tax invoice on your behalf.  We will need your Plan managers email and participants full name and NDIS number for this option. 

The Plan Manager is responsible for assessing whether the items are reasonable and appropriate for each unique NDIS plan. Once your purchases are approved and payment is received, we will dispatch your order. You will receive an email with tracking details. Please kindly let us know if the order has not been approved

Please note that your items and order will be held for 14 days. Please contact us if you need an extention on this time. 

NDIS orders will incur additional postage if over 5kg in weight. We will be in touch with you if this is the case.

NDIA MANAGED

Please note that l cannot process NDIA managed invoices for now until my system updates with the new changes.

Before you proceed please make sure you have funds in this category.

PLEASE NOTE  - You will need to contact the NDIA to give Rainbowfun consent to access funds and add Rainbow Fun as a 'MY PROVIDER"

3. Please email hello@rainbowfun.com.au and let us know you are NDIA managed.  We will need the order number and participants full name and NDIS number, Date OF BIRTH, and PLAN DATES. We will lodge your order through the NDIA commission for payment. This usually takes 2-5 days.

Once we receive full payment we will dispatch your order. You will receive an email with your tracking number.

NDIS orders will incur additional postage if over 5kg in weight. We will be in touch with you if this is the case.

If NDIS participants, their support coordinator, caretaker, guardian, plan manager or family do not what to discuss feedback, complaints, incidents or risks directly with Rainbow Fun, they are directed to contact the NDIS Quality Safeguards and Commission on 1800 035 544  Monday - Friday 9am to 4pm or to visit www.ndiscommission.gov.au to fill out a Complaint Contact Form.
